Painting of Terraces and Balastrades

Owners wishing to paint either the inside of their terraces or the wooden balastrades MUST USE THE CORRECT COLOUR AND TYPE OF PAINT to maintain the asthetics of the apartments .

Esmalte Brillo number 5010. (Azul)

Both the White and Blue paint can be purchased from The President at bulk cost prices or see a member of the committee before painting.
